Executive Limitations
No one will alienate or discriminate against clients (consumers of service) based on sexual orientation, family status, or externally imposed (interpreted) guidelines.
No one is to willfully abuse their authority or position with the organization to interfere and cause harm to individuals and families of the Community.
Staff conduct will not deviate from the established values and developing standards of policy and accountability.
Staff will not willfully disrespect, misrepresent or cause harm to the culture and integrity of the Community.
